Role Description The Plant Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role oversees daily plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and coordination of manufacturing activities for parking systems.

The Plant Operations

Manager monitors equipment performance, ensures preventive maintenance, and drives continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing inventory and material flow, collaborating with engineering and installation teams, and ensuring compliance with ISO and company-specific quality protocols. The role also involves leading and developing plant staff,



implementing operational best practices, and supporting timely delivery of projects aligned with HPIPL’s innovation and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

- Strong plant operations and production management skills, including experience with manufacturing processes, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of mechanical or industrial engineering principles, with the ability to understand parking system designs, automation technologies, and equipment specifications.
- Experience in maintenance and safety management, including preventive maintenance scheduling, risk mitigation, and adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in quality assurance and process improvement, including familiarity with ISO standards, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising plant staff, resolving operational issues, and fostering collaboration.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including capacity to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions.
- Solid communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, installation, and service teams.
- Comfort with using digital tools and ERP or manufacturing software for tracking operations, inventory, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or quality management are a plus.
