Role Description The Plant Operations Specialist is a full time role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations related to the manufacturing and assembly of parking infrastructure systems, ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently met. The specialist will monitor and control processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, supervise shop-floor activities, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving operational issues,



optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting audits, collaborating with vendors and service teams, and contributing operational insights to project planning and installation activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Operations Management to oversee manufacturing activities and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to lead teams, manage shifts, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate tasks on the shop floor.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance to plan, schedule, and monitor equipment upkeep, reducing breakdowns and improving reliability.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Process Control to monitor production parameters, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality and performance standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field are preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects, especially within parking systems or related sectors, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with safety and quality standards, and proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools are beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders is required.
