We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns

Develop campaign strategies based on client goals and budgets

Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Meta campaigns

Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research

Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions

Set up and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

Manage retargeting, A/B testing and budget optimization

Provide performance reports with actionable recommendations

Requirments

3+ years of hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience

Experience managing multiple client accounts

Solid understanding of campaign optimization and conversion tracking

Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Agency experience is preferred

- Strong analytical and communication skills
