Smile Loft Dental is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

- Candidates must be comfortable working on camera throughout the shift as required.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on experience targeting the US market.
- Proven experience in lead generation through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, landing pages, lead funnels, CPL, CPA, and ROI.
- Experience generating high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and maximizing conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop suitable for work.




- Must have a stable and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- Must be comfortable working on camera during shift hours.
- Immediate joiners required.
- US Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
