Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications on the Pega platform.
- Build and configure business processes, workflows, case management solutions, and decision strategies.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and messaging services.
- Create and maintain Pega rules, activities, data transforms, decision tables, and reports.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.




- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities.
- Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Pega application development.
- Robust expertise in Pega BPM, Case Management, and Workflow Automation.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pega certification (CSSA/LSA) is highly desirable.
