Role Description The PEGA Opportunities at PNC Bank role is a full-time position based in Hyderabad and Pan India with a hybrid work arrangement as 3 days madatory to work , combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing,



and maintaining PEGA-based workflows and applications that support PNC’s financial services and customer experience initiatives. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into efficient PEGA solutions, configuring rules, integrations, and user interfaces, and ensuring systems meet quality, compliance, and security standards.

The individual will analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, troubleshoot issues, and perform testing to deliver secure and scalable applications. Collaboration, documentation, and ongoing optimization of PEGA implementations are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Financial background & payments architecture experience
