nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, US/UK Payroll and Fast Formula.

nThe candidate should have robust functional knowledge along with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting and production-support experience. Big 4 MNC experience is mandatory.

nKey Responsibilities

- Configure, support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
n
- Work on US and/or UK Payroll processes and configurations.
n
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formula.
n
- Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM functional solutions.
n
- Analyze and resolve functional Payroll issues.
n
- Support testing, implementation, deployment and post-production activities.
n
- Participate in requirement gathering and client/stakeholder discussions.
n
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and functional requirements.
n




- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
n
- Provide production support and resolve Payroll issues within agreed timelines.
n
- Follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
n

nMandatory Requirements

n
- 6+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
n
- Strong hands-on US Payroll and/or UK Payroll experience.
n
- Fast Formula – Mandatory.
n
- Hands-on Payroll configuration, support and troubleshooting.
n
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes.
n
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
n
- Big 4 MNC experience – Mandatory.
n
- Strong collaboration with business, functional and technical teams.
n
