Job DescriptionRole Summary

NWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant with a strong knowledge of financial business processes and hands-on implementation experience.

NThe consultant will be responsible for working with Onsite stakeholders to understand financial requirements, design Oracle Cloud solutions, configure relevant Financials modules, support integrations and data migration, conduct testing, provide user training, and support deployment and post-go-live activities.

NThe candidate must have participated in at least one full implementation lifecycle, starting from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

nMandatory Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including significant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

- At least one end-to-endimplementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
N
- Strong functional knowledge of accounting and finance business processes.
N
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least four or more core Financials modules.
N
- Strong understanding ofthe integration between General Ledger and financial subledgers.
N
- Experience in requirement gathering,



fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
N
- Ability to prepare clear functional documentation and functional specifications.
N
- Experience working withtechnical, integration, reporting, security, and data-migration teams.
N
- Strong knowledge of financial period-close, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
N
- Positive stakeholder-management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
N
- Ability to independently conduct workshops and interact with senior finance stakeholders.
N

nPreferred Qualifications

N

n
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
N
- Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is desirable.
N
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification is preferred.
N
- Experience in multi-country, multi-ledger, multi-currency, and multi-GAAP implementations is an advantage.
N
- Exposure to statutory, localization, taxation, and regulatory requirements is desirable.
N
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and regression testing will be beneficial.
N
- Experience in production support, enhancements, and rollout projects is preferred.
