Grand Royal Tours is looking for an experienced Creative Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Salem.

n

We are looking for someone who can do more than execute a given design. You should be able to understand a campaign, think of fresh visual ideas, develop concepts and turn them into high-quality creatives across digital, video and print.

n

If you enjoy experimenting with ideas, building strong visual communication and creating work that people actually notice, we would like to see your portfolio.

n

What You Will Work On

n

n
- Create campaign concepts and visual directions for tour launches, seasonal promotions and brand campaigns
n
- Design social media creatives, Meta/Google ad creatives, posters, carousels and digital banners
n
- Edit reels, destination videos, promotional videos, testimonials and short-form content
n
- Create brochures, tour PDFs, presentations and other marketing materials
n
- Design offline materials including hoardings, banners, standees, flyers, pamphlets and event creatives
n
- Adapt campaign creatives into multiple digital and print formats
n
- Maintain a consistent and premium brand look across all communication
n
- Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to convert briefs into effective visual communication
n
- Bring new creative references, styles and ideas instead of depending only on existing templates
n

Skills We Are Looking For

Strong hands-on experience in:

n

- Adobe Photoshop
n
- Adobe Illustrator
n
- Adobe After Effects
n
- Adobe Premiere Pro
n
- Adobe Lightroom
n

n

You should also have a good understanding of:

- Branding and visual identity
n
- Typography, layouts and visual hierarchy
n
- Motion graphics and video editing
n




- Colour correction and image treatment
n
- Digital advertising creatives
n
- Print design and print-ready artwork
n
- Current social media and creative trends
n

n

You Could Be a Great Fit If You

n

n
- Have atleast 3+ years of relevant professional creative/design experience
n
- Can independently turn a simple brief into a strong visual concept
n
- Have experience creating both digital and offline marketing materials
n
- Are comfortable handling both static creatives and video/reel editing
n
- Have strong attention to detail in alignment, spelling, colours, image quality and final output
n
- Can handle multiple requirements and work within campaign timelines
n
- Are open to feedback and capable of improving a concept through revisions
n
- Enjoy learning recent design techniques, AI tools and creative trends
n

n

Preferred Experience

n

Candidates who have previously worked with an established brand, advertising agency, creative studio, media company, travel, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brand will be preferred.

n

Experience handling complete campaigns across social media + video + print + outdoor communication will be a strong advantage.

n

English communication is expected. Knowledge of Tamil and/or Kannada will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

n

Candidates currently based outside Salem should apply only if they are open to relocating to Salem.
