We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to help us generate qualified international leads for our technology and digital services.

We primarily work with international clients and are looking to expand our sales pipeline across the US, Canada, Europe and Middle East.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to find qualified prospects and generate new business opportunities for us.

This includes:

* Researching companies that could benefit from our services
* Identifying founders, CEOs, CTOs, product leaders and other relevant decision-makers
* Building targeted prospect lists
* Generating leads through LinkedIn, cold email and other outbound channels
* Using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar platforms
* Writing personalised outreach messages
* Managing follow-ups
* Qualifying interested prospects
* Maintaining an organised lead pipeline
* Helping move qualified opportunities toward discovery calls





We are open to discussing your existing lead generation process and the tools you prefer to use.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience generating leads for an IT services or software development company is required.

You should have:

* Proven B2B lead generation experience
* Experience selling or generating leads for IT/software services
* Experience targeting the US, Canada, Europe or Middle East
* Robust LinkedIn and cold email prospecting experience
* Good understanding of how to identify the right companies and decision-makers
* Strong written English
* Experience with prospecting and CRM tools

Experience generating leads for custom software development, AI/ML services, SaaS development, web/mobile development, automation or digital marketing is particularly relevant.
