Naibooking is a modern salon booking and business management platform designed to help salon owners manage their business, customers, bookings, and daily operations more efficiently.

We are expanding our salon partner network and looking for motivated
Business Development Executives
who can work remotely and help us bring more salon owners onto the Naibooking Business app.
Your Role

Your primary responsibility will be to
find salon owners, generate leads, introduce Naibooking, and convert those leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads of salon owners through online research, social media, WhatsApp, calling, and other channels.
- Contact salon owners and introduce them to Naibooking Business.
- Understand the salon owner's business requirements and explain how Naibooking can help.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations remotely when required.
- Follow up consistently with interested salon owners.
- Convert qualified leads into successful Naibooking customers.
- Maintain a proper record of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Build and maintain good relationships with salon owners.
- Work independently and take ownership of your sales pipeline and results.
- Share regular updates on leads and sales performance.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over phone and online channels.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with performance-based earnings.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, WhatsApp, social media, and online tools.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
