Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare insightful reports, develop dashboards, and support management with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills,



advanced Excel expertise, and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly MIS reports.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Purchase, and Operations.
- Analyze sales trends, customer performance, inventory movement, and business KPIs.
- Generate reports for management reviews and strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report submission.

Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Create data visualizations and performance reports.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and present actionable business insights.

Database & Data Management
- Manage and maintain large datasets.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
