Key Responsibilities & Ownership
Governance & Compliance
- Serve as principal legal advisor to the Board and senior leadership on fiduciary duty, regulatory compliance, and institutional risk.
- Draft, review, and continuously refine governing instruments: trust deeds, bylaws, conflict-of-interest policies, delegation-of-authority frameworks.
