? Hiring: Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant

Experience: 15+ Years

Locations: India (Remote) / UAE (Onsite)

What You’ll Do:Act as a customer-facing functional expert to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple modules in a dynamic support environment.
- Lead end-to-end configuration, execute SIT/UAT testing, and prepare comprehensive project documentation (solution designs, functional specs, setup docs).
- Collaborate seamlessly with technical teams to manage large-scale enterprise integrations.

What You Need: 10+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Deep expertise in Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and Cloud PPM Suite (PFM, PEM, Project Costing, Billing, Contracts).
- Proven hands-on experience navigating and utilizing the Oracle Fusion Redwood theme.




- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive direct discussions with business users and stakeholders.

Good-to-Have: Direct experience with Oracle Fusion Redwood migrations and an understanding of VBS/VBCS.
- Exposure to advanced modules like Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Revenue Management (RMCS), Lease Accounting, or Joint Venture Management (JVM).
