Tavaasa Group is a multi-brand food and beverage company built on a clean-food, no-artificial-ingredients philosophy. Our brands include Tavaasa Coffee & Roasters (specialty roastery and B2B wholesale), Tavaasa Cafe, and Tavaasa Bakehouse. We're looking for a videographer to be the visual voice behind all of it.

Role Summary

We need a full-time videographer to own end-to-end video content for Tavaasa — shooting and editing on a continuous, near-daily basis across our cafe, bakehouse, and roastery. This isn't a one-off project role; it's a standing content engine for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot daily/weekly content across outlets: reels, behind-the-scenes, product features, coffee brewing and roasting process, food prep, events, and customer moments
- Edit all footage in-house — pacing, sound design, captions, color grading — to a publish-ready standard




- Maintain a consistent content calendar and shooting schedule across all brands
- Adapt tone per brand (e.g., quirky/Gen-Z for Bakehouse vs. more refined/craft-focused for the Roastery)
- Stay on top of Instagram/Reels trends and adapt formats quickly
- Collaborate with the founders and brand/marketing team on concepts, campaigns, and launches
- Manage and maintain camera, audio, and lighting equipment
- Build and organize a footage library/archive for reuse across campaigns

Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer/video editor, with a strong reel/portfolio (F&B;, hospitality, or lifestyle content preferred)
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut/similar for fast-turnaround social edits)
- Comfortable shooting handheld/gimbal-based content as well as basic photography
- Robust sense of pacing, music selection, and trend-driven storytelling for short-form video
