We are looking for a Product Management & Design Intern to help shape the future of our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform serving customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

This is not a routine internship.

You will work closely with founders, product leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders while helping improve product experiences, optimize user journeys, gather customer feedback, validate ideas, and support the evolution of our platform.

From day one, you will gain exposure to how contemporary SaaS and AI-powered products are designed, validated, launched, and continuously improved based on customer needs, user behavior, and business outcomes.

We are seeking individuals who enjoy problem-solving, user experience design, product thinking, customer interaction, and building products that create meaningful value. You will be trusted with real responsibilities, ownership, and opportunities to contribute directly to product and customer experience initiatives.
