About the Role

Delnie is looking for an experienced
Marketing Director – Brand, Growth & Performance
to lead the overall marketing function across
Favhiker, Favhiker Business, and Delnie
.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of
brand, creative, growth, performance marketing, customer acquisition, product marketing, content, and marketing strategy
.

We are looking for someone who can combine strong creative and brand thinking with data-driven growth—someone who understands not only how to build attention, but how to turn that attention into
customers, engagement, retention, and revenue
.

You will work closely with the leadership, product, technology, creative, and sales teams to build a scalable marketing engine across our consumer, B2B, and technology businesses.

Your ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership





Own and develop the overall marketing strategy across Delnie's brands.

Define target audiences, positioning, messaging, acquisition channels, campaign strategy, budgets, KPIs, and growth priorities.

Translate company objectives into clear quarterly and annual marketing plans and take ownership of their execution and results.

Favhiker – Consumer Growth

Lead the growth and marketing strategy for
Favhiker
, our social food diary and personalized food discovery platform.

Own initiatives across:
- User acquisition and app installs
- Activation and onboarding
- User engagement and retention
- Premium subscription growth
- Performance marketing
- Brand campaigns
- Social media and content
- Creator and influencer collaborations
- Referral and community growth
- City-level campaigns
- Product and feature launches
- App Store and Play Store growth
