- Resolve payment and account-related concerns over voice calls.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of Voice Process experience (mandatory).
- Good International Voice Communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
