AICRA is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sponsorship Manager to lead sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships for Startup Dangal - Season 3.

The person will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, presenting sponsorship opportunities, negotiating commercial partnerships, and converting leads into high-value sponsorship deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies for Startup Dangal.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors across relevant industries and sectors.
- Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Business Heads, Founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.




- Prepare and deliver compelling sponsorship presentations and proposals.
- Sell sponsorship packages, brand integrations, exhibition opportunities, speaking opportunities, and customized partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → outreach → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Develop customized sponsorship solutions based on partner objectives.
- Maintain a robust sponsorship pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of confirmed sponsorship commitments.
- Build long-term relationships with sponsors and explore repeat partnership opportunities.
- Track leads, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures through CRM or internal reporting systems.
- Represent Startup Dangal professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
