Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D and 3D design for office building projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in multiple design and drafting software tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for office buildings, layouts, and interiors.
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for design accuracy.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site changes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 25 years of drafting experience in building projects.
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
