Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process recent business loan applications, conduct credit checks, and sanction loans within the designated timeframe.
- Coordinate with internal teams for disbursement of funds and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Conduct telecalling sessions to follow up on overdue payments and provide guidance on loan servicing.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in MSME loan processing or related field.
- Strong understanding of business loan products, including disbursement procedures.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in telecalling software and tools.
