Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality and timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities and manpower.
- Plan production as per targets and customer requirements.
- Supervise shop-floor workers and allocate work effectively.
- Monitor production quality, productivity and timelines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure safety, discipline and proper use of machines/materials.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.

Requirements:
- 6-1 years of experience in Production/Supervisory role.
- Manufacturing/Fabrication industry experience preferred.
- Good manpower handling and production planning skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

*Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.*

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
