Long-term, remote freelance/consulting role. Manage end-to-end recruitment and HR activities: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, records and coordination. Minimum availability: 4.5 hours/day. Strong English communication required.
Required Candidate profile
2-6 years of recruitment/HR experience. Solid sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and ATS skills. Proactive, organized and target-driven; able to work independently in a remote role.
