Tritvam, a world class Subacute and Rehabilitation Facility, is looking for qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, provide physiotherapy interventions, and monitor patient progress. The ideal candidate should have good clinical skills, communication abilities, and a patient-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide exercise therapy, manual therapy and electrotherapy.
- Handle orthopedic, neurological and post-operative rehabilitation cases.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and preventive care.
- Maintain proper patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
