About the Role

Cornext Agri Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Production Executives to manage and execute day-to-day production of silage, crop procurment, and farmer follow up. The role requires hands-on experience in farm operations like coordinate with farmers, check crop availability in narest regions, procure crop from farmesr, manpower sourcing , arranging raw material for baling the material and preparation of silage, Coordinate with transportors and deliver material to customers location.

Key Responsibilities
- Work hands-on at the production site and handle farmers, transportesr and manpower.
- Participate in fabrication, machining, welding, fitting, assembly and other production activities as required.
- Work on equipment such as silage balers, chaff cutters, harvesters and other agricultural implements.
- Assemble, inspect, test and ensure proper functioning of machines and components.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical,



assembly and operational issues during production.
- Support machine installation, commissioning and trial runs at production/customer sites.
- Monitor material availability, component quality and proper utilization of production materials.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams to complete production activities on time.
- Maintain production records, machine testing reports and other required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures and 5S practices at the production site.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, machine quality and productivity.
- Willingness to travel to different production/customer locations as required.
