About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Cluster Head** to lead business operations and drive growth across the assigned cluster for **NEO Walletkar**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, business development, partner management, and achieving revenue and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage business operations across the assigned cluster.

* Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

* Manage, motivate, and develop the sales and field teams.

* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

* Monitor team performance, productivity, and key business metrics.

* Build strong relationships with merchants, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

* Ensure effective market coverage and expansion within the assigned territory.





* Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and transaction volumes.

* Track competition and market trends and take corrective actions where required.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

* Prepare regular business performance reports and share insights with senior management.

* Take ownership of overall cluster profitability and growth.
