Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly communicative Healthcare Marketing & Patient Relations Executive to join our growing speciality clinic.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare marketing, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to independently develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates and other healthcare organisations.

This role involves a combination of field marketing, relationship management, patient engagement and digital/offline promotional activities aimed at increasing the visibility and growth of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase clinic visibility and patient reach.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare organisations.




- Develop referral networks and identify current opportunities for collaborations and tie-ups.
- Visit doctors, hospitals, corporate organisations and potential healthcare partners as required.
- Coordinate health camps, screening programmes, awareness programmes and medical events.
- Promote the clinic's diabetes, endocrinology, obesity and preventive health services.
- Handle patient enquiries and communicate professionally with patients and their families.
- Assist in improving the overall patient experience and maintaining good patient relationships.
- Coordinate with digital marketing/social media teams for clinic promotions and campaigns.
- Generate ideas for local marketing, branding and community outreach.
- Follow up with potential institutional and corporate partners.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, collaborations and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and business development.
