Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various roles within the organization through headhunting, leadership hiring, and non-IT recruitment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Develop solid relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for their staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in corporate HR or talent acquisition in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam languages (added advantage).
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes including leadership hiring.
