About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
E-commerce & Quick Commerce Ads Manager
to independently manage, optimize, and grow advertising campaigns across
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart
, and other e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in
marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, budget management, ROAS/ACOS improvement, and driving profitable sales growth
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Handle
budgets, bids, keywords, targeting and campaign strategy
.
- Monitor daily
spend, sales, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR and conversions
.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve
ROAS of 5+ and maintain ACOS above 22% atleast
.




- Identify underperforming campaigns/SKUs and take corrective action.
- Decide which
ASINs/FSNs/SKUs
should be promoted based on sales potential and profitability.
- Analyze campaign and marketplace data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with platform/advertising teams for campaign opportunities, issues and growth initiatives.
- Work with the internal team on
listing optimization and improving organic sales
.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience
in E-commerce/Marketplace Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing ads on
Amazon and Flipkart is mandatory
.
- Experience with
Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart or other quick-commerce platforms
is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of
ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR and conversion rates
.
- Strong Excel/data-analysis skills.
- Ability to independently manage advertising budgets and take performance-driven decisions.
- Candidates with only
Meta/Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads expe
