What youll do
- You will bring specialized technical knowledge to product development of internal tools as well as help in end client delivery of cases
- Write complex code to develop scalable, flexible, user-friendly applications across a robust technology stack including the use of AI and LLMs
- Evaluate potential technologies for adoption, including new frameworks, libraries, and tools
- Support the supervisor in work-planning and brainstorming projects
- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve complex problems by applying the relevant analytical/technical tools
- Lead internal meetings effectively in a focused manner; own junior-mid level client map relationships
- Effectively structure communication of insights from own work stream. Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
- Seek appropriate coaching and guidance from supervisors and proactively drive self-learning for own professional development
- Motivate team members, boost team morale and exhibit role model behavior




- Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams
- Leverage opportunities to provide training, coaching and mentoring to fellow team members

About you

Must-have skills:
- Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Next.js
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles
- Experience in API services like REST and/or GraphQL
- Working knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python
- Experience with AI-powered front-end integrations, including working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
- Familiarity with up-to-date development tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Sound SDLC skills, preferably with experience in an agile environment
- Quick learner, willing to get into the details; good at thriving in a fast-paced environm
