Job Description

Da’Villas & The Connections by Da’Villas are fast-growing Travel & Hospitality startups creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, celebrations, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a Travel Revenue & Growth Manager who can take ownership of sales performance, revenue generation, lead conversion, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned booking and revenue targets.

* Achieving assigned sales and revenue targets is mandatory for this role.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.

* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and KPIs.

* Manage the complete sales funnel from lead allocation to booking closure.

* Train, mentor,



and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

* Handle high-value customer inquiries and support the team in closing premium bookings.

* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat bookings, and higher-value sales.

* Monitor lead response time, follow-ups, conversion ratios, average booking value, and revenue.

* Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales reporting.

* Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

* Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer journey after booking.

* Identify current business opportunities and support partnerships and revenue growth initiatives.

* Prepare regular sales and revenue reports for management.

* Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
