Role Description
The Director role at SB Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Director will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, revenue growth, and market expansion for compressed air solutions and related industrial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales and service teams, setting performance targets, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of installation, commissioning, AMC, and breakdown support services. The Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes, drive energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions, and maintain strong partnerships with Deep Pneumatics Pvt Ltd and other vendors. The role also includes monitoring financial performance, compliance with company policies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making.




- Sales and business development skills in industrial products or compressed air solutions, with experience in key account management and customer relationship management.
- Operational and technical understanding of air compressors, compressed air systems, and related equipment, including maintenance and service workflows.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Proven experience in a senior management or director-level role in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-focused organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as needed to client locations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Demonstrated track record in driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
