We are looking for an experienced and highly driven
Operations Team Leader
to join our growing team.

This is a senior operational role for someone who can
lead people, manage multiple functions, solve problems, improve processes and take ownership of day-to-day business operations.

? THE ROLE

The Operations Team Leader will report directly to the
Operations Director
and will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple operational functions, ensuring that teams work efficiently and deliver results within agreed timelines and quality standards.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will lead and coordinate the following teams/functions:
- Purchase Assistants
– purchasing activities, supplier coordination and order management
- Inventory Management Team
– stock control, availability, accuracy and inventory optimisation
- Customer Support Team
– customer service, queries, complaints, returns and resolutions
- Data Management Team
– data accuracy, product information and system updates
- Import & Customs Documentation Team
– import documentation, customs paperwork and compliance checks




- Accounts Team Member
– coordination of operational finance and account-related activities
- Sales & Marketing Team
– supporting sales operations, commercial activities and coordination between departments
- 3PL / Logistics Operations
– coordination with third-party logistics providers and ensuring smooth fulfilment operations

? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

10 years of relevant professional experience

✅ Strong experience in
Operations Management

✅ Strong knowledge of
Inventory Management

✅ Experience with
Purchasing / Procurement

✅ Experience working with
3PL / Logistics operations

✅ Experience managing and leading teams

✅ Good understanding of
import and customs documentation

✅ Robust
Excel
skills

ERP systems
