We are seeking for highly performed OPT Recruiters with hands-on experience in recruiting OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1B, GC candidates and US Citizens as well.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, university networks, and OPT-focused platforms.
- Need to have their own database.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and work authorization status.
- Must Be willing to come to office (Kondapur, Hyderabad).
- Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(Night Shift).
