About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and well-groomed Spa Therapist who is passionate about wellness, relaxation, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good hands-on skills, a positive attitude, and a strong understanding of professional spa practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa and body treatments as per the spa’s service standards.
- Provide therapies such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Aroma, Head & Foot Massage and other treatments based on training and expertise.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, oils, towels, and other required products before and after services.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for throughout the treatment.




- Maintain skilled communication and confidentiality with guests.
- Follow all spa policies, safety procedures, and service protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
- Contribute towards customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and overall spa business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- Certified/Trained Spa Therapist preferred.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or salon is an advantage.
- Strong massage and therapy techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and professional.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant and positive personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
