ROLE OBJECTIVE

As an AI fluent Creative Design Lead at Smile, your focus is to elevate the brand's visual identity and user experience to help achieve Smile's ambitious growth and retention goals in both retail and corporate dental cover segments. This role requires leveraging cutting-edge design practices and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to create compelling, scalable,



and customer-centric designs and videos that resonate with Smile’s mission of revolutionising quality healthcare accessibility and affordability.
