Job Description: Legal Consultant (Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal consultant to join our growing team at Lawttorney.ai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and client relationship management, preferably within the Legal Technology (Legal-Tech) sector.

The candidate should demonstrate strong ethical conduct, punctuality, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach while effectively serving clients through calls, chats, and emails.

Location- Pune Onsite

CTC- Up to 3.2-5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and promote Lawttorney.ai's Legal-Tech products and services.
- Generate sales opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from client engagement to closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and continued engagement.

2. Product Expertise & Presentation




- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lawttorney.ai's products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations based on client requirements.

3. Client Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and payment processes.
- Ensure a positive and professional client experience throughout the sales journey.

4. Ethical Sales Practices
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain complete transparency with clients regarding pricing, terms, conditions, and services.
- Build trust through honest and responsible client interactions.

5. Transaction & Payment Management
- Coordinate and oversee client payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
