About the Role

n

The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing garment graphics, prints, motifs, patterns, and artwork. The role involves independently managing design projects from concept development to final production-ready artwork, creating marketing and catalogue collaterals, and guiding junior designers, while ensuring designs align with brand, customer, and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop garment graphics, prints, motifs, patterns, and artwork
n
- Independently manage design projects from concept development to final artwork
n
- Create production/print-ready designs and garment mock-ups
n
- Design catalogues, lookbooks, presentations, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals
n
- Ensure designs meet brand, customer, commercial, and production requirements
n
- Review and maintain the quality and accuracy of artwork before final submission
n
- Guide,



mentor, and review the work of junior designers
n
- Stay updated with fashion, textile, graphic, and print trends and incorporate relevant trends into designs
n
- Ensure all projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree (relevant field preferred)
n
- No specific certification required
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- 5-10 years of overall experience
n
- 5-7 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in garment/apparel/fashion/textile industry
n

n

Required Skills:

n

n
- Solid knowledge of garment graphics, prints, motifs, patterns, and artwork
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
n
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign preferred
n
- Knowledge of Canva / Figma and AI design tools is an added advantage
n
- Strong understanding of colour, typography, layout, and composition
n
- Ability to create production/print-ready artwork
n
- Strong creative and visual sense
n
- Project management and time-management skills
n
- Ability to independently handle projects and guide junior designers
