We are building India's first fully digital, point-of-care, multi-disease early detection and monitoring platform. Built to save lives at speed and scale, our platform screens for 20+ health parameters in under 10 minutes, anywhere in the country.

What You'll Actually Do

n

As the senior clinical voice within the founding team, you will shape strategy, validate cutting-edge innovations, and drive health outcomes from the ground up:

- Own Clinical Direction: Design and validate clinical protocols for the AffEx platform across diverse deployment settings.
n
- Lead Scale Programmes:



Spearhead health camps, field pilots, and large-scale population-level screenings.
n
- Translate Field to Strategy: Turn deep field insights into actionable strategic decisions for leadership, institutional partners, and funders.
n
- Ecosystem Management: Build and manage high-stakes relationships with government bodies, NGOs, hospital networks, and corporate partners.
n
- Impact Documentation: Lead grant proposals, robust clinical documentation, and comprehensive impact reporting.
n
- Drive Scale-Up: Implement new market pilots and design advanced MedTech validation frameworks.
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- Qualifications: MBBS
n
- Experience: 8–10 years of robust experience in the healthcare domain.
n
- Operational Depth: A proven track record of running large-scale healthcare operations, field programmes, or public health initiatives.
n
- Stakeholder Navigation: Demonstrated ability to operate smoothly across multi-stakeholder environments (Government, NGOs, corporate health, etc.).
n
- Mindset: Genuinely energized by MedTech, digital health transformation, and systems-level change. You are ready to trade a conventional career path for one that creates lasting societal impact.
