Role Description The Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant role at Agamin is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle EBS R12 technical components, including interfaces, reports, extensions, and customizations. The consultant will collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support implementations and upgrades.

Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, providing technical support, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The role also includes participation in solution design reviews, documentation of technical specifications, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities within Oracle EBS R12 environments.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS R12 technical solutions.
- Oracle EBS R12 Technical , Sound knowledge and hands on of EBS,



PL/SQL, Forms , Valuable understanding of business flows – Inventory, Order to Cash, Planning, Procure to pay.
- Experience in developing or modifying RICE
- Expert in PLSQL and Performance tuning
- Experience in configurations and personalization in Oracle modules
- Ability to analyze performance issues and come up with mitigation plan.
- Experience of data integration between 3rd party applications and Oracle ERP
- Experience in Rest APIs and webservices ecosystem.
- Relevant Experience : 8 + Years
- Mandatory skills : • Oracle EBS R12 Technical, EBS mobules - Order to Cash, Planning and Procure to pay• Design, development, testing, Migration, documentation of RICE• Expert in PL/SQL and Performance tuning
- Desired skills : • Configurations and personalization in Oracle modules• Coordinate and participate in interaction with Functional counterparts and Users, Infrastructure team for issues/configurations • Support milestone events, defect resolutions, status updates etc.
