Bharath Care Life Line Foundation is a nonprofit organization working to create opportunities in education, skill development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community development.

We are looking for an experienced Online Faculty – Innovation & Entrepreneurship to develop and record a 60-hour pre-recorded online course for students and aspiring entrepreneurs.

About the RoleThis is a project-based, remote engagement focused entirely on creating high-quality educational video content.

The selected faculty member will be responsible for developing and recording approximately 60 hours of structured video lectures based on the course curriculum provided by the Foundation.

No live classes or regular teaching sessions are required.

- Product Innovation & Product Development

- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

- Startup Ecosystem and Venture Development

Responsibilities
- Record clear, engaging and professional video lectures
- Follow the provided course structure and learning objectives
- Explain concepts using practical examples, case studies and real-world applications
- Prepare or review presentation materials for the lectures
- Suggest relevant activities, projects, quizzes and assignments
- Ensure the content is accurate, current and suitable for the intended learners




- Participate in content review and revisions when required
- Deliver the completed recordings according to the agreed schedule

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Comfortable recording educational content independently
- Previous online teaching or video-course experience is preferred
- Ability to commit to completing the assigned 60-hour course content
