nHandling complex reconciliation and dispute cases.
nMonitoring daily operational activities.
nMis preparation,tracking, and reporting.
nException handling and root cause analysis.
nCoordination withinternal stakeholders.
nCustomer grievance management and escalation handling,
nProcess supervision and compliance monitoring.
nSupport process improvement initiatives.
nAny other operational responsibilites assinged by management.
nEligibility ;
nGraduate /postgraduate in any discipline.
n2+ years of experience in banking operations, reconciliation ,or customer support.
nStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
nAdvance knowlege of MS excel and MIS reporting.
