We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and some prior internship experience in HR or recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams
Requirements:
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Previous internship experience in non IT Recruitment (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition
