Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new vendors as per business requirements.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, capacity, and delivery capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct vendor assessments and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Develop robust and long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Purchase, Quality, Production, and Engineering for vendor development.
- Monitor vendor performance and work on continuous improvement.
