We are hiring experienced Network Support Engineers for our team in Pallavaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong networking knowledge, relevant hands-on experience, and a valid CCNA certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and other network-related issues.
- Identify and resolve network problems within the required SLA.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.
- Maintain network documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer.
- CCNA Certification is mandatory.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Maximum Salary: 6 LPA.
- Salary hike: Up to 30% over the last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer of 6 LPA.
- 5 Days Working.
- 2 Rotational Offs.
