The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing smartphones while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair OPPO and OnePlus smartphones. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting. Replace defective components and carry out repairs as per company standards. Ensure timely completion of service requests. Maintain service records and repair documentation. Follow quality and safety procedures during repairs. Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service updates. Support inventory management of spare parts and tools. EligibilityITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics,
Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Experience in mobile phone servicing is preferred. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can also apply. Good knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
