About the Role

We are looking for an Associate to join the Stakeholder Delight team at Give. The role involves resolving donor and NGO queries in a timely manner and engaging with stakeholders across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

Work in flexible shifts and adhere to all SLAs
Take end-to-end responsibility for understanding and addressing pain-points of external stakeholders
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal initiatives
Resolve queries from NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders within SLAs, following standard processes




Complete quality checks on resolved support tickets
Assist donors through the donation and reactivation process over phone calls
Reach out to internal teams for resolution of queries
Analyze posts from social media channels and resolve or escalate actionable comments and queries
Capture the voice of stakeholders and work with internal teams to resolve their pain-points
Have good interpersonal skills, with command over verbal and written English and Hindi
Be a team player with a professional attitude
Not be afraid to ask relevant questions
Be excited to take on current projects and eager to learn new things
Be ready to be associated with the team for a longer duration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Willingness to commit for a longer duration
Genuine intent to work hard
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
