Experience : 4+ Year

n

Work location : Hyderabad & Bhubaneswar

Position : Production Support Analyst

n

Primary skillset (Mandatory Skills)

n

Requires 3+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience

n

Experience working in a technical client facing role

n

Mortgage industry experience

n





Experience in C# or other Microsoft development technologies

n

SQL knowledge/experience

n

Proficiency in reviewing .NET code

n

Good communication skills.

n

Required skillset

- Work with the US/India team to learn and support the product.

- Learn and understand the products.
n
- Understand Client requirements.
n
- Require to triage the issues reported for a quick turnaround time.

- Execute escalation protocols whenever needed.
n
- Should be an individual contributor and a team player.

- Should be able to adapt to the requirement of doing things apart from supporting.
