Must Have:

- Strong hands‐on experience in IT Service Management BAU operations
n
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes with real‐world execution experience
n
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and operational reporting
n




- Proven experience handling Major Incidents and service outages
n
- Robust governance mindset with focus on SLA adherence and risk reduction
n
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
n

n

Good to Have:

- ITIL v4 Certification
n
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification
n
- Experience in BFSI or regulated enterprise environments
n
- Exposure to automation and process optimization
n

n

Essential

n

n
- Own and govern end‐to‐end ITSM BAU operations
n
- Incident, Problem, Change, and Request and Knowledge Management processes
n
- Act as Major Incident Manager and drive fast service restoration
n
- Track, manage, and report SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
n
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem prevention
n
- Ensure process compliance and audit readiness
n
- Lead continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives
n

Minimum Qualification:

n

n
- 15 years of full-time education
n
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
n
