and evolving infrastructure and security landscape.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.Minimum Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.Able to work independently and versatile with shift timingsUse of tools such as spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfacesKnowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantageShould be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliersExperience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology environment (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds).Familiarity with internal tools, systems, and security protocols, specifically related to vendor access and infrastructure.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience of Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management EnvironmentExperience in IT audit, information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
